Dr. Philip Hulecki was born and raised in Mishawaka. After being salutatorian of Marian High School’s first graduating class in 1968 he attended the University of Notre Dame through 1970. Completing a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1972, he then attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry of Indianapolis receiving a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1976.
After practicing family dentistry for twelve years in Muncie, Dr. Hulecki returned home to the South Bend/Mishawaka area in 1988. During his time spent in Muncie, he continued his learning experience at Ball State University taking a diverse range of courses including accounting, computer programming, exercise physiology and kinesiology.
His interests include nearly all sports and outdoor activities-especially when accompanied by his two Labrador retrievers. Dr. Hulecki particularly enjoys reading and considers learning to be one of his favorite hobbies.
